Job Description
KFC US is seeking a Senior Paralegal, Franchise & Transactions to lead the execution and oversight of legal processes related to franchise administration, compliance, and renewals. The role involves strategic partnership with internal stakeholders and franchisees, ensuring accurate legal operations and execution of franchise transactions. The ideal candidate will serve as a mentor and drive continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's or 6+ years with Master's
- Franchise law experience
- Prior leadership and supervisory experience (preferred)
- Corporate law experience (preferred)
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
