Regional Air Freight Sales Manager

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Regional Air Freight Sales Manager to drive volume growth within their assigned region. This role focuses on strategic selling, developing customer relationships, and providing tailored air freight solutions, particularly in Pharma/Healthcare, Aviation, Automotive, and High Tech verticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of airfreight operations and the ability to negotiate competitive agreements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven success in an airfreight business development position, specifically with key accounts.
• Proven track record of securing, managing, and growing consistent Ocean freight business with mid- to large-sized accounts.
• Sales & Relationship Expertise: Proven ability to negotiate and consultatively sell to mid- and large-sized accounts, build and sustain executive-level relationships, and understand customer supply-chain challenges and key performance metrics.
• Airfreight & Supply Chain Knowledge: Deep understanding of global airfreight operations, including origin/destination handling, capacity management, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
