Job Description
This seasonal position involves coaching a varsity team in a Catholic high school. The assistant coach's role is to help develop the skills of student-athletes, promote sportsmanship and teamwork, and provide mentorship. The position requires a calm, motivational, and passionate individual with a strong commitment to the school and Catholic faith.
Requirements
- Manage and supervise athletic activities, practices, and contest sessions.
- Implement instructional techniques to improve athletic skills.
- Promote positive culture and maintain positive relationships.
- Enforce school rules and regulations.
- Maintain equipment and uniforms.
