We are looking for an Account Manager to drive email marketing success by crafting impactful copy and executing strategic campaigns that engage, convert, and retain customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce trends and consumer behavior, and be able to design personalized campaigns that resonate with the client's audience and align with their brand's values.
Requirements
- Conduct in-depth brand research to understand the client's voice, products, and goals
- Analyze competitors' email strategies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Leverage product insights to craft effective and persuasive email copy
- Develop and implement data-driven email marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Analyze email performance metrics regularly and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Create campaign calendars 45-60 days in advance, incorporating engaging offers and innovative campaigns
- Map customer journeys to create intentional, high-converting email flows
- Ensure all content aligns with the customer journey and maximizes conversions
- Incorporate feedback promptly, with revisions completed within 24 hours
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure email strategies deliver results
- Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy for scheduled campaigns and automated flows
- Proficient in leveraging Klaviyo for advanced email marketing
- Strong ability to segment and target audiences effectively
- Experience improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Ability to interpret campaign metrics and improve performance
- Skilled in crafting unique, attention-grabbing email content
- Highly organized, meeting deadlines while managing multiple clients (6-7)
- Familiar with tools like Klaviyo, ClickUp, Slack, and Figma
- Passionate about innovation and exploring new marketing strategies
- Proactive, deadline-driven, and able to work independently

- Ability to respond to client needs during weekends if required
