Job Description
The Expeditor I will be responsible for driving and tracking all pre-delivery document submittals, prioritizing supplier documents. This role involves expediting issues, analyzing supplier performance, and coordinating with engineering and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and documentation. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and initiative.
Requirements
- Perform Expeditor duties in accordance with Project Expediting Standard Operating Procedure
- Run Expediting calls with suppliers
- Provide updates to project team on deliverables
- Attend weekly project meetings
- Performs expediting activities associated with on-time delivery
