Job Description
This is an industrial pipe fitting position for a Pipefitter 1 at an industrial site. The role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining pipe systems, including pipes, flanges, supports, and related equipment. This position requires valid driver's license, background check, drug screening, and a commitment to safety. The company is a part of Zachry Construction, and this role reports to a position with greater authority.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Drug screening
- 4+ years of Industrial Pipe Fitter/Pipe Fitter Helper experience
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting.
- Ability to work independently, or collaboratively with a team.
