Job Description
Zachry Engineering Corporation is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead a team supporting process engineering and design tasks. The role involves developing process flow diagrams (PFD), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), sizing equipment, performing hydraulic analysis, and supervising a small team. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
Requirements
- Developing process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
- Sizing and rating various equipment.
- Performing hydraulic analysis and calculations.
- Supervising engineers and coordinating work.
- Participating in process hazard analysis (PHA) reviews.
- Designing relief system components and flare system analysis.
- Evaluating and applying engineering standards and techniques.
