The Manager, Project Management is responsible for leading a group of Project Management professionals and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across client engagements.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Management individual contributors.
- Oversee a portfolio of moderate complexity, ensuring reliable delivery and predictable outcomes.
- Step into critical or at-risk projects to unblock issues, stabilize cadence, and reinforce delivery discipline.
- Enforce delivery playbooks, PM methodologies, and governance standards across all projects.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and cross-functional partners.
