Senior Project Manager, CPQ

The Senior Project Manager will lead e-commerce projects, coordinate with offshore development teams, and serve as a trusted advisor for client stakeholders. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Key responsibilities include project execution, stakeholder management, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, e-commerce, and consulting. Experience with ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, or BigCommerce is preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager for e-commerce projects
• Experience with any of the following: ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce solutions
• 2+ years' experience with a Consulting/Professional Services company
• Experience working with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Experience working with multinational teams from USA, Eastern Europe, India
• Experience leading teams using Agile Scrum practices
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Leadership skills and proven ability to own a project from start to finish
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Excellent analytical skills and experience creating JIRA dashboards; AIO or Tableau experience preferred
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices; Jira experience preferred
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Interest in the technology space and willingness to stay up to date on new technologies and best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred
