Job Description
Zaizi is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to translate user needs into functional designs for government clients. The role involves defining user journeys, prototyping, and mentoring other designers. The ideal candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to create clear and impactful experiences.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge and experience of user interfaces (Figma)
- Communication and evangelise user needs
- Create prototypes to feed into development
- Work with team members to design and conduct workshops
- Building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to elicit requirements from ambiguous user needs
- Experience with a range of user-centred design techniques and practices
- Excellent knowledge and experience of prototyping and interaction design
- Setting design objectives and choosing appropriate tools and techniques
- Theming and synthesis outputs from raw research to produce strategic insights
- Excellent knowledge and experience of interaction design
