Sales Manager in Poland_Zalaris Consulting

Zalaris Consulting is seeking a motivated Sales Manager in Poland to drive new business growth by positioning SAP SuccessFactors and Zalaris Consulting services to deliver predictable, high-quality customer transformation outcomes. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure, and close collaboration with consulting, support, and managed services teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B solution sales, ideally in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM SaaS solutions
• Minimum 5 years’ experience selling in Poland
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP Partner ecosystem and SAP sales processes
