Zania is building agentic AI for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to address the challenge of running a business. We are scaling our team rapidly and seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing group of engineers as we build our core agentic AI platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of rigorous experience in software engineering, building complex, data-intensive, or AI-driven enterprise applications
- 2+ years directly managing or technically leading a team of software engineers in a fast-paced environment
- Deep proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, cloud infrastructure, and experience building enterprise software with stringent requirements for security, compliance, and performance
