The role involves designing and executing a multi-audience communications strategy, managing external PR, and creating engaging content. This position is key to Zanskar's vision of leveraging geothermal energy as a clean, reliable alternative to fossil fuels.
Requirements
- Proven record of engaging comms, including viral social media work.
- Proven record of managing internal or external teams.
- Strong comms coaching & team support skills.
- Understanding of complex energy policy & scientific principles.
- Proactive approach in a rapidly growing, technically complex startup environment.
