Finance Manager

Zapp is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, robust financial control, and providing ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and working knowledge of tax regulations
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within retail, e-commerce or tech industries (start-up/scale-up experience highly advantageous)
• Proven ability to lead and improve complex, data-led processes
• Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficient in financial systems (Xero experience is beneficial)
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
