Job Description
Process daily operational requests from customers, working with stakeholders to process required actions, and escalating gaps/shortcomings to team leader. Maintain customer expectations and provide good customer experience on every interaction.
Requirements
- At least a SPM/’O’ Level/Diploma/Degree
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations processing in customer service/contact centre environment
- Experience in FX/Finance industry is an added advantage
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is a must
