Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services
- Optimize database queries and performance in MySQL
- Build and maintain microservices architectures and RESTful APIs
- Ensure the reliability, security, and maintainability of backend systems
- Conduct in-depth code reviews
- Stay updated on new technologies and propose innovative solutions
- Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams
- Guide and mentor mid-level and associate engineers
- Implement caching strategies and integrate message brokers
