Job Description
The Business Strategy Manager will lead the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of business operations to achieve organizational goals. This role involves driving cross-functional alignment, process optimization, and operational excellence within regulatory frameworks, and requires a candidate with experience in finance, real estate, or management consulting.
Requirements
- Develop and execute business strategies, budgets, and performance targets.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and growth initiative design.
- Design efficient organizational structures and cross-departmental workflows.
- Allocate resources to ensure project delivery.
- Lead business management teams, foster performance-driven culture, and mentor talent.
- Align executive vision with execution layers through transparent communication.
- Establish KPIs/KRs, implement risk monitoring and corrective action mechanisms.
- Track financial performance, compliance status, and operational efficiency.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
