Treasury Analyst, I position at Zebra Technologies in Brno, Czech Republic. The role involves processing payments, supporting daily and ad-hoc operations, and maintaining Treasury processes. The team is responsible for managing cash, cash-flow forecast, and reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Prepare and process various payment types for legal entities in EMEA and APAC regions according to internal policies
- Deliver bank statements
- Assist with daily cash positioning and cash forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity
- Actively manage our bank accounts (bank accounts opening, closing, KYC review) and related evidence
- Work on internal inquiries related to payments or bank investigations on an ad hoc basis
- Collaborate with accounts payable, accounting, payroll and accounts receivable departments to resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain and organize all Treasury-related documentation, including relevant Treasury policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance of Treasury processes, including SOX
- Support intercompany settlements
- Analyze data, provide insights and regular reports for the Treasury Manager and other internal stakeholders
- Actively work on various internal projects aimed at process automation and digitization leveraging PowerPlatform
- Drive continuous process improvement increasing efficiency of Treasury processes
- Closely cooperate with remote team members (Malaysia, USA)
