We are looking for a Country Manager - Germany who will be part of building and running our commercial operations in Germany. The role involves driving all workstreams and serving as the primary go-to person for the market, leading performance, executing growth and expansion plans, and leading a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience and proven track record in establishing market entries and brand launches in the automotive sector
- Solid understanding of different automotive sales channels (fleet, retail, digital)
- Strong operational focus: ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Experience leading and developing a high performing team
- Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to ensuring a smooth customer experience from day one
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to keep things moving under pressure
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and cultures
- Fluent in German; strong English skills required
- Strong MS Office skills
