We are looking for a Country Manager - UK who will drive and own the UK business activities end-to-end by driving all workstreams and serving as the primary go-to person for the market.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years business experience in UK in a leading commercial role within the automotive industry
- Hands-on experience and proven track record in establishing market entries and brand launches in the automotive sector
- Minimum of 5+ years in building or steering a dealer network
- Solid understanding of different automotive sales channels (fleet, retail, digital)
- Experience leading and developing a high performing team
- Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to ensuring a smooth customer experience from day one
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to keep things moving under pressure
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and cultures
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
