Requirements
- Proven experience leading a country‐level automotive sales organization with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive high performance across cross‐functional teams.
- Pragmatic and hands‐on mindset; able to switch seamlessly between strategic direction and operational execution.
- Demonstrated success in scaling brands and driving commercial results in highly competitive environments.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English languages.
