Inside Sales Advisor (Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst)

We are looking for an Inside Sales Advisor to join our team. As an Inside Sales Advisor, you will be the first voice of Zeekr for potential customers, following up on leads, qualifying and engaging with customers, and answering questions about our vehicles. You will also schedule test drives and contribute to the success of the sales team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in German and good level of English
• Experience in customer contact, telesales, or a commercial inside sales role
• Affinity with mobility, technology, and/or electric vehicles
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of service and results
• Proactive attitude, stress resistance, and team spirit
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
