IT Business Partner - Sales Operations

We are looking for an IT Business Partner to join our Sales Operations team at Zeekr. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales & Commercial leadership to understand business strategy and translate it into a clear IT demand and capability roadmap. The role will also involve leading change management for Sales-related IT initiatives and ensuring alignment between Sales strategy, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital product management, business analysis, or sales operations
• Strong understanding of dealer management systems, sales processes, and financial products
• Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset
• Fluent in English, with additional European languages or Mandarin Chinese a plus
