Teamleiter Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Team Leader Quality Assurance to lead our quality assurance team and develop and implement quality standards and test plans. You will be responsible for quality assurance processes along the entire value chain and work closely with various departments.

Requirements

• Completed technical education or studies, ideally with a focus on quality assurance, mechanical engineering, production technology or comparable fields
• Very good English skills in word and writing
• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in the bicycle industry or a comparable industrial sector
• Leadership experience and communicative strength
• Knowledge of common standards and quality techniques and testing techniques
• Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Enthusiasm for bicycles and technical products
• Structured, solution-oriented, and team-oriented work style
