We are looking for a Technical Service Staff (m/f/d) to join our Service department. The successful candidate will have technical or commercial education, experience in the bicycle industry, and good technical understanding.
Requirements
- Technical or commercial education with technical understanding
- Experience in the bicycle industry (e.g. in service, workshop or sales)
- Good technical understanding and enthusiasm for bicycles and e-bikes
- Safe handling of MS-Office and first experience with warehouse management systems
- Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Team-oriented work and hands-on mentality
