Field Service Technician

ZEISS is seeking a Field Service Technician to work with a team that plays a vital role in Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC. The role involves installation, repair, and maintenance of high-tech machines, as well as providing customer service and supporting the R&D team.

Requirements

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot high-tech machines at customer locations
• Demonstrate customer service skills and knowledge
• Learn new skills on high-tech CMM's (Coordinate Measuring Machines)
• Perform administrative paperwork
• Work independently in a high-pressure environment
• Travel 90-100% within the service area, including international travel
