Job Description
Katalyst Surgical, a proud member of the ZEISS Group, is seeking a forward-thinking Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance within an industrial or manufacturing environment and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Requirements
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with closing processes, including data uploads into the ERP system.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability with a focus on production efficiency & operational improvements.
- Provide financial support to drive business growth & enhance operational processes.
