Job Description
The HR Business Partner supports managers and employees with HR related matters across ZEISS Netherlands. They will collaborate with SSC Benelux managers and the local HR team to deliver HR solutions aligned with our Global Strategy, our ZEISS values and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- 3-5 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR business partnering or generalist roles
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Service-oriented, proactive and hands-on
- Understanding of Dutch labor law and HR compliance
- Accurate and able to handle confidential information with integrity
