Job Description
ZEISS in India is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in healthcare domain, excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, and solid understanding of compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years total experience, including 4+ years as a Project Manager
- Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or working within Agile teams
- Proven healthcare domain experience—EHR/EMR, medical devices, clinical workflows, digital health, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, FDA regulations
- Strong technical aptitude—comfortable understanding system architecture, integrations, APIs, and technical discussions
