Sales Success Specialist

As the Sales Success Specialist, you will be the primary contact for customer and sales communications, working with an experienced team in Customer Care. You will manage quotes, sales orders, and customer communication, among other activities.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of related experience in Order Administration, sales support and customer support roles
• Understanding of complex configurations with the ability to build and assign existing inventories to an order
• Demonstrated cross collaborative communication skills
• Customer service skills that will support successful response to common inquiries or complaints from customers
• Ability to respond to regulatory inquiries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must work well in a team environment
• College degree or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP/CRM, Lotus Notes, or similar software applications is required
• Bi-Lingual is a plus
