Job Description
Zenas BioPharma is seeking an Associate Director, Data Management to drive the entire life cycle of key data suppliers and lead cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, math, computer science, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of data management experience in biotech/biopharma
- Experience with CRO organization and clinical data management processes and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
