Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, excellent people skills, and business management and leadership experience. The supervisor will be responsible for supervising warehouse associates, developing work schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Leadership, supervision, organization, and planning skills
- Understanding of warehouse operations and warehouse management system technology
- Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office and software applications
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
