Job Description
Zenlayer Inc. is looking for Internet Data Center (IDC) Engineers/Technicians to station at its data center located in Downtown Los Angeles.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge with servers and network hardware/components
- Copper and fiber infrastructure installations and testing
- Data center product support applications, software configurations and data center infrastructure management (DCIM) related tools
- Complete cabling and installation in server, router, switch
- Maintain a safe and secure operation environment
- Maintain asset management and compliance with audit
- Provide smart-hands assistance at various sites
- Provide status reporting regarding data center service availability
- Coordinate equipment/material receiving, shipping and RMA processing support
- Provide general cleaning on raised floor and other areas
