Production Team Lead (Weekend, Fri - Sun)

Zenni Optical is seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to join their team in Obetz, Ohio, specializing in prescription eyewear. The company offers an affordable and accessible eyewear program, expanding into VR Vision Screener technology, and has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The role requires strong management and operational skills to ensure efficient line flow and high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• Partner with Supervisor to ensure line flow
• Assist in training and perform audits
• Resolve errors and associate relations
• Maintain housekeeping
• Ensure KPIs are met
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Basic Qualifications: Working overtime and weekday hours
• Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of workplace safety best practices
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills
• Strong statistical skills, problem solving and data analysis
• Technical ability and competent in software tools
• Prior leadership experience
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Previous optical manufacturing (is a bonus!)
