We are seeking a Senior Vice President to join our Corporate Practice to sit 3 days a week onsite with one of our clients. You will be a strategic partner to their Global Communications team, balance and deliver on multiple campaigns across myriad business units, build and grow internal relationships within the client organization and drive material development.
Requirements
- Develop strategic, visionary plans for clients and communicate them compellingly with supporting recommendations and substantive logic.
- Partner with client’s internal media team to build media relations strategies, including non-traditional outlets, and conducting outreach for programs/projects as needed.
- Grow business prospects with existing clients; expand scope of work using network capabilities; lead new business outreach process and win business.
- Secure, maintain and grow the business.
- Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals.
- Drive learning and ongoing education with direct team and across agency through trend watching and general knowledge management.
- Effectively manage staff utilization to meet profitability targets.
- Foster and maintain relationships with client contacts and internal agency partners.
- Maintain financial responsibility for accounts including forecasting and account profitability.
- Mentor, coach and support team members ensuring constant development of their skills.
- Provide strategic counsel, guidance and leadership, supervising several staff members, and ensuring the team's success by managing work quality and productivity levels.
- Comfortable walking the client’s halls and representing Zeno in all things.
