Resident Engineer

Zephyr Rail seeks an experienced Resident Engineer to join its innovative team, with responsibilities including monitoring contractor progress, negotiating contract changes, and overseeing staff functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction Management on transit and transportation projects of at least $30 Million
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the management of major construction projects
• Registered Professional Engineer, preferred
• Authorized to work in the USA
