Advanced Systems Engineer - Motor Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Advanced Systems Engineer to join our Aircraft Engineering Integration Team in Kemble. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and integration of hydrogen-electric propulsion systems into aircraft platforms.

Requirements

• Develop electric motor system architecture and design
• Lead trade studies on electric motor architecture
• Apply skills to deliver clear, structured, and communicated systems engineering documentation
• Work closely with Airworthiness, Certification, Systems Safety, System Test, and downstream engineering
• Act as mentor across business functions on matters relating to lifecycle, development assurance, requirements management
