Job Description
The Associate Intelligence Operations Analyst is responsible for triage operations, aligning intelligence services with customer needs, and managing customer requests within ZeroFox. This role is a single point of contact for intelligence delivery, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and continuous process improvements. The role requires independent work, communication skills, and adaptability.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- 2+ years of experience composing content on cyber security, threat intelligence, or related fields
- Strong research and writing prowess
- Ability to produce quality work within aggressive deadlines
