ZeroFox is seeking a Platform Specialist to protect enterprise-level government and commercial customers from social media-based cyber attacks using their proprietary hybrid intelligence platform. The role involves analyzing customer-related risks, creating notifications and alerts, and providing detailed analysis to customers. The goal is to keep customers engaged with threat intelligence information and deliver a world-class customer experience.
