Manufacturing Engineering Manager

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads engineering resources in a high-performance, polymer extrusion facility, driving innovation, quality, and cost-effectiveness through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Lead development, scale-up, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support compliant product and process introductions.
• Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, etc.).
• Oversee process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and work collaboratively with the Quality Department to maintain regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute capital projects and equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, AS, TS, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Manage engineering budgets and project timelines.
