Zeit für Brot is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead their bakery operations, focusing on workflow optimization, team motivation, and ensuring high-quality baked goods. Requirements
- Training as a baker
- Several years of professional experience in the bakery
- Ideally, training as a master baker / pastry chef
- Passion for the baking trade
- Experience in leading and motivating employees
