As a Manager People & Culture, you will be responsible for sparring with executives and contact person for employees in the Berlin region, creating contracts and personnel-related documents, and optimizing national HR processes.
Requirements
- Successful completed commercial education or studies
- At least one to two years of professional experience in the HR area, preferably in the retail or gastronomy sector
- Very good MS Office knowledge and affinity to digital tools
- Enthusiasm and passion for personnel work
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic and innovative team
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a constantly changing and demanding environment
- Very good understanding of numbers and analysis skills
- Outstanding communication skills
