We're looking for a Support Worker to join our team at Berg 1 & 3 in Rhenen, supporting adults with conditions such as Down syndrome, dementia, or autism. As a support worker, you'll provide personalized care and stay connected with the residents.

Requirements

• MBO 3 level care diploma
• Interest in providing medical care or willingness to develop this skill
• Ability to create a pleasant atmosphere where residents feel safe, seen, and heard
• Enthusiasm, positivity, and stability as a presence for our residents

Benefits

• Minimum gross salary of €2,456,- to a maximum of €3,564,- per month
• One-year contract that can be converted into an indefinite employment contract
