At Zideris, you can learn and work at the same time as a counselor in training. You will attend school one day a week and work an additional 24 to 28 hours a week, learning and practicing the profession of counselor.

Requirements

• Support and assist clients in their daily lives
• Help with care (ADL), provide structure, and engage in activities with clients
• Focus on what can be done, together with clients, family, and your team
• Participate fully in the team, but always under the guidance of an experienced work supervisor
