Mortgage Loan Officer - GA Remote

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will originate mortgage loans, guide borrowers through the process, and achieve production targets by engaging with customers and agents. This role involves building strong relationships, staying informed on market trends, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience as an active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses, or a Loan Originator working under a bank license
• Successfully completed the 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education and passed the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test - National Component with Uniform State Content
• Proven track record in handling purchase loans and working with real estate agents
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
