Requirements
- 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading complex, multi-team engineering initiatives.
- Strong technical fluency across modern engineering practices and the software development lifecycle, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and drive quality improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering leaders to influence long-term technical and platform strategy.
- Proven track record of driving clarity, alignment, and execution across engineering, product, and operational teams in high-ambiguity environments.
- Skilled at translating ambiguous or competing requirements into structured, measurable programs, anticipating risks, and recommending pragmatic, scalable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders confidently and concisely.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, decision framing, and productivity, with a strong interest in applying AI to product and engineering workflows.
