Job Description
The Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering, Big Data role will lead the ZEXP team in modernizing and accelerating Zillow's experimentation program, partnering closely with Product and working across Zillow group. The team is responsible for the platform that drives AB testing across customer facing experiences, back-end services, and AI.
Requirements
- Degree in an engineering, science, or related discipline
- 8+ years of management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong passion for collaboration across organizational boundaries
- Excited and oriented on business impact
- Committed to supporting the growth and development of people's careers
- Ability to make and communicate difficult decisions about priority and scope
