Job Description
Zingtree is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to drive growth and innovation across their AI-powered Automation platform. This role focuses on expanding and enhancing the product portfolio, developing new AI solutions for maximum customer value, and optimizing existing offerings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, deeply understand customer needs, and leverage AI advancements to shape Zingtree's product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS
- Strong grasp of AI technologies (LLMs, Agentic AI, prompt chaining)
- Experience building zero-to-launch products targeting Enterprise SaaS customers
- Proven ability to drive adoption of new products
- Strong user empathy, strategic thinking, and bias for action
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Curious, execution-oriented, and energized by solving high-impact customer problems
