Senior Product Manager

Zippy is a company that provides loans for manufactured homes, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to build the systems that support loan servicing, financial operations, data infrastructure, and investor support. The role spans multiple areas of the business and requires a strong systems thinker with a track record of building internal tools, improving operational workflows, or supporting infrastructure at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech lending, with loan servicing or data product experience preferred
• Strong systems thinker with a track record of building internal tools, improving operational workflows, or supporting infrastructure at scale
• Strong customer and business intuition, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with quality while adapting to evolving priorities
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams like engineering, design, sales, and operations
