Job Description
Zip Water is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join their team. This role focuses on executing general accounts receivable activities, particularly credit management and relationship management, and contributing to effective customer resolution. The associate will maintain accurate records, resolve debt cases, and collaborate with operational teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- A background in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong oral, negotiation and written communication skills.
